# Alert history

> See every expiry alert Expira sent, failed or skipped, with its channel, status, error and recipients.

**Alerts → History** lists the latest 500 alerts you're allowed to see, newest first. The header counts how many there are and how many failed or were skipped.

## Statuses

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| Sent | Delivered to the channel. |
| Sending | Being delivered right now. |
| Failed | The channel returned an error. It's retried on the next daily runs, up to 3 attempts. The error is shown under the status. |
| Skipped | Not sent, for example because the monthly alert limit was reached or no channel was set up. It's checked again on the next run. |

## Columns

* **Asset** and **Channel**.
* **Days before:** the threshold that fired, such as `7d`, or **expired** for the alert after expiry.
* **Team:** the team, or **Personal** for private assets.
* **Recipients:** how many people an email went to.
* **Sent at.**

## Filters

Filter by date (last 7, 30 or 90 days, or all time; 30 days by default), by status, and by channel.
